Stop running your business from one person’s phone.
Enquiries arrive and quietly go cold. SignalAiso turns every WhatsApp message into a tracked lead, tells your team which ones are still waiting on a reply, and shows you which enquiries actually became customers.
Built on the official WhatsApp Cloud API — your number, your account.

Official Cloud API
Built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, not an unofficial bridge.
Meta-verified business
Digiboffins Technologies Private Limited is a verified business portfolio.
Your number stays yours
The WhatsApp account is registered to you. Leave and it goes with you.
No markup on messages
Meta bills you directly at their published rates. We never resell messaging.
Your data, your account
Access tokens encrypted at rest, and every workspace isolated from the rest.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself
No new number to advertise and no app for your customers to install. Your existing business number, doing more.
Connect your number
Link your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official sign-up flow. The account stays yours — we manage it on your behalf.
Share your links and QR codes
Generate a link and QR code for each place enquiries come from — your website, reception desk, a flyer — and put them out into the world.
Your team replies from one inbox
Messages land in a shared inbox any of your staff can answer, and the rules you write handle the common questions instantly.
Today
Your customer’s side
Nothing for them to install
No app, no portal, no account to create. Your customer messages the number they already have and replies arrive in the WhatsApp they already use — complete with menus and buttons they can tap.
- Your name, verified
- Once Meta approves your display name, customers see your business name instead of an unknown number.
- Tappable replies
- Menus, reply buttons and booking links render natively — no links to copy or forms to fill in.
- One thread, forever
- Every past conversation stays in their chat list, so returning customers pick up where they left off.
- Answered out of hours
- Rules reply the moment a message lands, so nobody waits until morning for an obvious answer.
Needs attention
WhatsApp brings the enquiry. Who makes sure it converts?
Someone messages after seeing an ad. A colleague replies. The customer says they’ll decide tomorrow. Nobody follows up, and three days later the chat is buried under forty others. You paid to get that customer and lost them because nobody knew it needed a reply.
One list, every lead waiting on you
SignalAiso reads your own conversations and works out which ones have gone quiet on your side — not just unread, but genuinely unanswered by a person. Every line is a link straight into the chat.
- The 24-hour window, before it closes
- WhatsApp only lets you send a written-on-the-spot reply for 24 hours after someone messages. After that you need a template approved in advance, in a dearer category, and you need their consent. SignalAiso counts down so answering someone never turns into running a campaign at them.
- Answered by a person, not by a robot
- An automatic greeting is not a reply. SignalAiso only counts a human response, so an auto-reply can never make a neglected enquiry look handled.
- Follow-ups you set, chased when they pass
- Promise to call back on Thursday and it shows up on Thursday — and stays visible until someone actually does it.
- Serious leads going quiet
- A lead your team already qualified, with no activity for days and nothing scheduled, is the most expensive kind to lose.
Nothing needs attention
Every enquiry has been answered and no follow-up is overdue.
What’s inside
Everything an enquiry desk needs
Nothing that requires a developer. Your team writes the rules in plain words.
Shared team inbox
Every conversation in one place, assignable to whoever should answer it. No more enquiries sitting unread on one person's phone.
Automatic replies
Recognise what someone is asking and answer instantly — with text, a menu of options, a booking button, or a file such as your price list.
Grouped into flows
Bundle the rules for one service together so they stay easy to reason about, and see the whole decision path rather than a flat list.
Lead pipeline
Move each enquiry through new, contacted, qualified, won or lost — by hand, or automatically when a rule recognises real intent.
Message templates
Write the templates Meta requires for reminders and follow-ups, submit them for approval, and watch their status without leaving the app.
Contacts and reporting
Every enquirer saved with tags and history, importable from a spreadsheet, with response times and volumes you can actually see.
Lead sources
Know which flyer actually worked
WhatsApp normally tells you nothing about where someone came from. SignalAiso creates a separate link and QR code for each place you advertise, so every arriving enquiry carries its origin with it.
- One link and QR code per channel — website, reception, flyer, campaign
- Each source can open a different conversation, with its own replies
- Reprint a flyer without reprinting the code — repoint it instead
Reception desk
“Hi, I'm at reception”
34 enquiries this month
Website — pricing page
“I have a question about pricing”
112 enquiries this month
These two codes are live — scan one and it opens WhatsApp to us with the message already written.

Flows, not an add-on
The chatbot builder is in every plan, the free trial included. Elsewhere it is a separate monthly line on top of your plan, often costing more than the plan itself.
Seats, not per agent
Fifteen people on Growth, included. Not five and then a fee for the sixth, which is what a growing team actually runs into.
Meta's rate, not ours
We add nothing to the message bill and never have. Some platforms quote a per-message rate above Meta's and keep the difference.
We do not resell WhatsApp messaging or add a margin to it. You attach your own payment method to your WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills you for message usage at their published rates. See the rates and a worked example.
Questions
The things people ask first
Do I need a new phone number?
No — you can bring the number you already advertise. One thing to know first: moving a number onto the WhatsApp Business Platform means it can no longer be used in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business phone app. Every conversation then lives in SignalAiso instead. If that number is someone's personal handset, use a separate one.
Does my customer need to install anything?
Nothing at all. They message you in the WhatsApp they already have, and your replies arrive in the same thread as any other chat.
What does Meta charge on top of your subscription?
Meta gives each of your numbers 1,000 free replies a month, then charges a few paise each. Templates — the reminders and follow-ups you send to restart a chat — cost from the first one, and a marketing template costs about seven times a reply. Anyone who messaged you from a Meta ad is free to talk to for 72 hours. A business whose traffic is mostly enquiries in and answers out still pays Meta very little.
Who owns the WhatsApp account and the conversations?
You do. Your WhatsApp Business Account sits in your own Meta business portfolio with your own payment method, and we manage it on your behalf. We only ever access the account you connect.
How long does setup take?
Connecting a number takes minutes. The wait is Meta's, not ours: they review your display name, and any message template you want for reminders needs approving before first use — usually within a day.
Can several people answer at once?
That is the point of it. Every enquiry lands in one shared inbox your whole team can see, and each conversation can be assigned so two people don't answer the same person twice.
